This page explains what happens when you delete your Sumalo account, what data is removed, and what data is retained for legal or operational purposes.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following information is permanently removed:

Your profile information (name, email, avatar)
Your authentication credentials
Your game preferences and settings
Your active game sessions
Your favorites and friend connections

What Is Retained

The following data may be retained for legal, security, or operational purposes:

Anonymized game statistics (for ranking integrity)
Transaction records (if applicable)
Data required for legal compliance
Aggregated analytics data (non-personally identifiable)

Timeline

Account deletion is processed within 30 days of your request. During this period, your account will be deactivated and inaccessible.

⚠️ Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will lose access to all your game history, achievements, and rankings.
